Even though Adam has always loved creating things, he spent three years in pensions before deciding to get a job as a junior designer in a media agency.
He started building websites and moved on to develop all sorts of web-based stuff for clients including Armani, Estee Lauder, Camelot, Macmillan Cancer Relief and The Sun. One of his campaigns was so popular it was featured on Radio 2 for three consecutive Christmases. Alas the number of visitors crashed the site.
If not in marketing, he would be in music, either as a solo act or composing film scores.
Adam enjoys playing and writing music, socialising with friends and hanging his daughter upside-down by her ankles.
In 1995, he spent a week being called Graham and playing the piano at the Edinburgh Festival as part of the Best Newcomer act.
