Emily has followed her two older sisters into the marketing profession, so you might say that it runs in the family.
After kicking off her career client-side as a database specialist 10 years ago, Emily spent her first four years in the business overseeing marketing activity for a large VW/Audi dealer group. She transitioned successfully into agency life, working for such diverse clients as BSkyB, Lexmark and Macmillan Publishing. Eventually, the need for speed seduced Emily back into the motor industry as a Senior Account Manager for a full services agency with a string of prestige marques in their client portfolio, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Land Rover. Emily then made the move to dnx in May 2006, becoming the 12th member of the team and bagging the best window seat in the barn.
If she wasn’t in Marketing, Emily would run her own florists with an integral coffee shop so customers could enjoy a latte while they wait for their blooms to be exquisitely wrapped.
Outside of the office, eating out with friends is a regular occurrence and as a result Emily is also a regular gym-goer. She is also a big fan of the great outdoors, nights at the theatre and holidaying twice a year.
Emily once spent an afternoon clearing out a dusty dried flower storeroom with Kirsty Gallagher.
