Jennie Wisher

Following three years selling airtime for ATV (Midlands TV), Jennie joined Bond Clarkson Russell, a sales promotion and new product development agency in 1977.

Whilst at BCR, Jennie worked extensively on Robinsons Baby Foods, developing the first UK database of health professionals for them and publishing their sponsored magazine.

Following BCR, she developed a successful farming business, converting Drydown Farm to full Organic status and selling meat direct from the farm. She also bred four racehorses, all of whom reached the track. One won three races!

If she wasn’t in marketing, she would be lazing around on the farm, watching everyone else do the hard work.

She owns a working gun dog, a retired racehorse, a few sheep, five hens and a cockerel.

She once had to collect milk samples from a herd of 700 cows in the middle of winter. The job started at 3 a.m., finished at midday and was horrible.
